ACE · Worker experience · Product vision
An agent who stays on the worker's side.
ACE helps someone find work now, keeps an accurate record of their career, and remains useful after they start the job.
The Alpha establishes the relationship through day one. This document describes the longer-term product that relationship can become.
01 · Why ACE exists
The worker needs to know whose agent is speaking.
Today, workers can hear from HOPE during screening, and employer-side communications also come from HOPE. A personal career agent needs a different responsibility, not merely a different name.
Represents the employer's hiring process. HOPE screens for a role and communicates about the company's decision.
Represents the worker's goals across employers. ACE remembers their career, explains options, and acts only with their permission.
The distinction should be visible in every conversation: who is asking, on whose behalf, and what happens next.
02 · One continuing relationship
The app holds a career, not one application.
A persistent mobile home lets the worker return to the same information and the same agent as their situation changes.
Tell ACE the story
Speak for ten minutes or upload a résumé. Review and correct experience, contact details, and work preferences.
Choose the next move
See suitable jobs. Ask ACE to apply. Add identity, work authorization, license, or credential files when needed.
Stay through day one
Keep interview, offer, onboarding, and start details in one place while ACE coordinates the next action.
Keep the record alive
Record time worked, new skills, and changing goals. ACE remains useful even when the worker is not job hunting.
03 · A real career decision
When someone wants more pay, ACE explores both paths.
“I like my job, but I need to earn more.”
Can the current job improve?
ACE helps the worker clarify what would make staying worthwhile. With their explicit permission, ACE can communicate with the employer about a raise or better conditions.
Would another job be better?
ACE looks for roles that fit the worker's priorities, explains the trade-offs, and submits an application only when the worker asks it to.
Some employers may prefer improving an employee's terms to losing them. ACE should help the worker discover that option before assuming a move is necessary.
04 · The longer-term asset
A career record that can become a trust profile.
ACE's conversations keep the record current. Confirmed follow-through, qualifications, actual starts, and time worked make it more credible and useful to the worker.
What the worker says
Experience, preferences, availability, and goals remain visible and correctable by the worker.
What can be verified
Identity and credentials, interview attendance, employment starts, and tenure carry their source and verification status.
What the worker controls
The worker can see what ACE knows, fix mistakes, and decide when specific information is shared.
Future concept: a trust score could summarize verified career and follow-through data over time. Conversation helps ACE keep facts accurate; chat volume alone is not proof of reliability. Any broader use, including financial recognition, would require explicit worker consent and careful validation.
